Upgrade to Textpattern 4.0

Long time, no blog.

More details later, but let me just point out that I’ve upgraded things around here to use Textpattern 4.0, and some of the stylesheets are broken, and some of my custom code (e.g. colour-highlighted PHP code, etc.) isn’t working.

So, it isn’t looking all that pretty right now, but I’ll get it fixed soon.

Should be all fixed now. I converted most of my custom code into Textpattern plugins (some of which I may make public later), turned the Turing email protection back on, and cleaned up some old kruft.
